Volunteers needed to help at Warrington Hospital

A HUNT is on to find volunteers to assist the Epilepsy Society information point at Warrington Hospital.

Alison Grimshaw, Epilepsy Society’s regional manager, said: “Our charity provides information points for people wanting to know more about epilepsy and issues surrounding it in the hospitals and health centres.

“I would love to hear from anyone who thinks they may be able to help make a difference to people in need of information.

“You don’t need knowledge about epilepsy as all volunteers attend a two day training programme.

“All we ask is that you’re a good listener, keen to help, enjoy meeting people, are happy to learn new skills and to commit to helping the society for at least a few hours a month.”

If you would like to see yourself in a volunteer role call 07834 655985 or email alison.grimshaw@epilepsysociety.org.uk.
