GET your youngsters active and meeting other young people while learning a new martial art at the same time.

Free weekly taekwondo sessions are being run in Bewsey by Cheshire Police.

The classes are led by CSO Tom Baker, who is a taekwondo instructor, and is open to children aged seven and above.

The sessions run every Friday evening from 7pm until 8.30pm at the Islamic Community Centre on Lockton Lane.
