AN Appleton mum is through to the finals of a national competition which recognises flexible working mums.
Susan Kemp who owns and is an instructor of Appleton Baby Massage, has been shortlisted in the start up business of the year category at the Mumandworking 2014 awards.
Teaching baby massage and baby yoga to new parents, Susan began running courses in January 2013 in Appleton and now runs additional classes at the Peace Centre in Great Sankey.
“I’m delighted to have been shortlisted, it gives me a huge sense of achievement,” said Susan. “I have built this business from scratch and my classes have been really popular with mums and dads.”
The winner will be announced at an awards ceremony in London in October.
