STAFF and youngsters at Winwick Primary were presented with an award when the Bishop of Warrington, Richard Blackburn, visited the school on Myddleton Lane.
Headteacher Ian Price said he was delighted to receive the church and school partnership award.
He said: "This is in recognition of the work we have been doing with St Oswald's Church and how we support each other – making sure we are united as a community."
