FANCY burning off some calories and helping a community cause ahead of Christmas indulgence?
The rangers are looking volunteers to help cut back overgrown trees and bushes around the wildflower meadow and ponds at Rixton Claypits on Sunday, December 21, between 1.30pm and 3pm.
A spokesman said: "If you fancy a go at a bit of hard graft and doing a little bit towards the conservation of a protected species why not come along and lend a hand?"
