A NINE-WEEK course centred around Buddhism starts in Orford in the new year.
The Odiyana Buddhist Centre is running the sessions based on the widely renowned ‘Eight Verses of Training the Mind’ which was composed in the 11th century.
This book shows people where to find real happiness.
The course is on Wednesday nights at 7.30pm at Orford Community Centre, Festival Avenue.
It starts on January 14 up to and including March 11.
Each class comprises two meditations, a talk and relaxed discussion over tea and biscuits.
