Footpath flooding

FLOODING on footpaths next to Bennett’s Rec needs urgent attention, says Poulton with Fearnhead Parish Council.
It is calling on Warrington Borough Council to address the problem, which has been going on for a number of months.
Chairman Clr Ian Johnson said paths are flooding up to the new pelican crossing on Birchwood Way.
He said the location is ‘impassable’ and that the parish council will continue to push for it to be fixed.
