HAROLD Shaw, son of the late Harold Shaw senior, died of pneumonia on August 3, aged 63.
Mr Shaw, from Great Sankey, formerly of Sankey Bridges, lived in the Warrington area all his life.
In his later years he worked at Walton Lea Garden centre and the zoo.
He loved gardening, woodwork, crown green bowling, dominoes, playing darts and socialising with close friends and family at his local.
Mr Shaw leaves five sisters and a brother.
A service was held on August 19 at Walton Lea, followed by cremation. His ashes are to be interred with his parents at Warrington cemetery.
The Rev Colin Gordon- Farleigh officiated.
