SIDNEY Norman Johnson, husband of Esther Johnson, died of a chest infection on February 14, aged 91.
Mr Johnson lived in the Lymm area.
He was employed at UKAEA Risley from 1948 to 1983.
Mr Johnson was an honorary member of Lymm Rotary Club and Lymm Dingle Probus Club.
He was chief steward at Eagle Brow Methodist Church.
He leaves two sons.
A service was held on February 27 at Eagle Brow Methodist Church, followed by cremation at Altrincham.
The Rev Stephen Froggatt officiated.
Arrangements were made by John Burrows & Sons of Lymm.
