DENIS LESTER
DENIS George Lester, husband of Margaret Lester, died of a stroke on February 19, aged 83.
Mr Lester, from Orford, lived in Warrington all his life.
He saw National Service with the Royal Engineers and was an Army Reservist until 1957.
On leaving he became a joiner and carpenter with various building firms, later running his own joinery business.
He leaves two sons and two granddaughters.
A service was held on March 5 at Walton Lea, followed by cremation.
