AS part of Drink Awareness Week NHS Warrington challenged people to keep drink diaries for the week.
Health reporter Joanna Lean decided to give it a go.
They say that moving house is one of the most stressful things you ever do, so given that last Thursday I got the keys to my new pad, it was probably a bad week for me to do a drink diary.
I’ve long combatted a hard day’s work or the stress of exams with a well-deserved glass of wine which almost always becomes two or three large ones.
So moving was bound to result in an increase in booze and I prepared for it by making sure one of the first boxes to be carried into the house contained wine glasses and a few house-warming bottles of bubbly.
