I really fancied a drink when I got home as it seemed like a very long day at work! Normally I wouldn't have thought twice about cracking open a bottle of wine but keeping this diary has made me reconsider my drinking habits.
Tom went out to the pub after work and I would usually have gone to meet him once I got home but instead I decided to stay in, watch Masterchef and have a brew.
