Hangover. Bad one. Had a terrible night’s sleep and busy day working in Manchester, which I planned to soothe with some wine but instead had a bath and fell asleep at 9pm.
To be honest I did have one of those headaches that is only going to go away with a hair of the dog that bit me, but I feel quite guilty about how much I drank last night and can't bring myself to have a drink and then lie about it, and I definitely can't bring myself to have one and be honest.
