A WARRINGTON solicitor has earned national recognition for his work helping people who have suffered clinical negligence.
Daniel Lee, an associate solicitor at FDR Law, in Palmyra Square, has gained 'special accreditation' from the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), a not-for-profit organisation which works to improve the law for people killed or injured through no fault of their own.
On news of his accreditation, Daniel, who is just one of 42 solicitors in the UK to receive such recognition, said: "I am delighted to have achieved specialist accreditation for clinical negligence.
"It is so important that claimants and their family get the right help and support when claiming for clinical negligence and having continued training from APIL means I will always have an up-to-date knowledge of this area."
