A COUPLE say their dream has come true after being able to move into their own home through the Help to Buy scheme.

Natalie Able and Josh Rizotti, both aged 23, had given up any hope of owning their own property until they were made aware of the Government-backed financial incentive via Morris Homes, which has its Edgewater Park development on Thelwall Lane.

After working with a financial advisor earlier this year the couple were able to reserve a property in Latchford ‘immediately’.

But teacher Natalie admits her new three-bedroom home felt like a distant dream not too long ago.

“We would never have been able to do this without help to buy and we are really pleased with the way it has worked out,” she said.

“The whole process has been so straightforward.

"We always knew we wanted our own place but we weren’t sure we would be able to manage it.

“Being given the keys was an amazing feeling, we’ll never forget it."
