AN ambitious app development firm is celebrating after welcoming a visionary franchisee on board following the launch of its search last year.

Appitized Business, based on Centre Park, has awarded Appleton resident Tony Warm a franchise which gives him the opportunity to get involved in the mobile app sector by offering iPhone and Android apps to companies in the area.

The Appitized Business franchise is headed by director Robert Dancy and requires an initial investment of £10,000.

Franchisees are only required to sell apps to their customers, they don't need to design or build them, and Mr Dancy is tipping those involved to earn returns topping £100,000 within three years.

Mr Warm became one of three franchisees to sign up in December and is relishing the opportunity ahead.

"My initial contact was to discuss something completely different but at the meeting Rob told me of their plans regarding the franchise and I was greatly impressed," he said.

"Having many years of experience in successfully dealing with the one-man business to national companies I could see the amazing potential that the product and company had.

"My wife and I then spent two months discussing, debating and researching the app market before coming to the decision that this was a very rare and exciting business opportunity within the Warrington and Cheshire area.

"But also that it has the added advantage of being supported by a major digital company with many years of experience which has a host of national 'blue chip' companies as clients – this was too good to miss."
