ORBIT developments has bought two office buildings in the town for an undisclosed sum.
The deal, from Praxis Asset Management, included Progress House, which is a 10,923sq ft office building recently let by BE Group in its entirety to Eriks Industrial Services Ltd on a new 15-year lease, and also Innovation House which is an 8,587 sq ft refurbished office building and is on the market for lease.
Both are in Daten Park in Birchwood.
Simon Roddam, associate director at BE Group, acted on behalf of Orbit.
He said: “This investment purchase complements our client’s growing Warrington portfolio, in what is becoming one of the region’s most consistent performing commercial markets.
“BE Group also worked closely with Eriks in the letting of Progress House which is now established as itsregional technology campus.
“The neighbouring Innovation House is refurbished and ready for immediate occupation located little over a mile from junction 11 of the M62.”
In the investment sale, BE Group acted for Orbit, and Finn & Company acted on behalf of Praxis.
