THREE new warehouse developments are to be built on Birchwood Park.

The new units will provide a total of 53,018 sq ft industrial space for occupiers and are due to be finished by December.

The Cavendish Avenue facilities will have up to 15 per cent office content; designed to support companies that need large industrial units to accommodate a range of uses, from labs to production space.

The units also provide occupiers with the flexibility to increase office space as required.

Jonathan Walsh, managing director at Birchwood Park, said: “We are thrilled to announce the development of three new industrial units at Birchwood Park.

"This is the first SME development in Warrington since the recession and we are excited to be leading the way as we meet the needs of our occupiers.

"We are seeing a rise in demand from companies who need an industrial space that creates the right impression for their clients and has the best environment to attract and retain the best possible staff.

“This new development brings together flexible use, high quality infrastructure and secure facilities, maximising the usability for a range of businesses.

"After the successes recorded at Cavendish Place we’re looking forward to delivering the same impeccable standard that Birchwood Park is renowned for to 711 -713 Cavendish Avenue.”
