A TEAM of apprentices from United Utilities is hoping to win a national competition.
The youngsters from the Lingley Mere based water giants will be one of 80 to take on the national Brathay Apprentice Challenge which is looking for a team of the year.
United Utilities is amongst 80 teams throughout England that has started the regional heats which will see apprentices undertake a variety of challenges including visiting schools and employers to talk about the benefits of apprenticeships and undertaking a project that will benefit the local community.
