A SITE manager at a Latchford development is celebrating after receiving an industry accolade for his commitment to building quality homes.
Gregg Taylor, site manager at Edgewater Park on Thelwall Lane, has been presented with the prestigious National House Building Council (NHBC) north west regional award for the medium house builder category.
The accolade was judged on aspects such as technical skills, quality workmanship, customer service and site safety.
It is the fourth consecutive award win in the last three years for Mr Taylor, who also achieved the NHBC seal of excellence award earlier this year, following successes in 2011 and 2012.
“It’s a real honour to have been awarded with the north west regional award," he said.
"I have a great team around me who work tirelessly to help provide quality new homes in Warrington and this award is testament to the great work we’re doing at Edgewater Park.”
David Hesson, Regional Managing Director at Morris, said: “This award reflects Gregg’s relentless hard work, and to be named amongst the region’s leading site managers marks the dedication to building quality homes at Morris.
"We hope to build on this success for many years to come.”
Mr Taylor will now go forward to compete in the national supreme award with other regional award winners from across the UK.
