APPRENTICE star Neil Clough is on a drive to change the perception of the recruitment industry.

The former Woolston High School pupil who was a finalist in the the BBC One show last year is looking for motivated people to join his new business.

He said: “The sales industry is notorious for high staff turnover and continually recruiting which is a costly exercise for many UK businesses.

“After a tougher economic climate, sales targets have become more aggressive and as a result many sales leaders are now finding it harder than ever to attract great sales talent.

“We want to help businesses find individuals that are looking to make a lasting career in sales, and know that the best way to achieve this is by investing in training to give them the skills they need to succeed.

"As a firm believer in sales as a career, I want to change the perception of sales and am looking for an ambitious group of sales talent tecruiters to help me.

“My new venture will be a unique combination of recruitment coupled with on the job training to help employees reach their full potential.

“What’s important for us is to see more people go on to have successful careers in the sales industry.”
