THE Grand Depart may have been through Yorkshire at the weekend but staff at an accountant firm had their own bike challenge to tackle.
Baker Tilly staff rode from Liverpool to Preston via their Centre Park Square office in Warrington as part of a nationwide ‘Tour de Baker Tilly’, a 600 mile ride from London to Leeds stopping at the firm’s 23 UK offices.
The company aims to raise more than £10,000 for Anthony Nolan, a charity which saves the lives of people with blood disorders and the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, which helps develop the confidence of children aged 14 to 24.
