Singer needs your votes in MTV comp
A TEENAGE singer is appealing to readers to back her in her fight to win a competition for unsigned artists.
Lucie Evans, aged 19, from Templeton Drive, Fearnhead, is competing against 1,000s of people to secure a final place in MTV Brand New Unsigned For 2013 competition.
The contest is aimed at helping unsigned artists. Previous nominees have included Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Adele and Tinie Tempah.
The former Birchwood High School pupil has been pursuing her dreams of being a solo artist since she left school following her GCSEs. I hope you’re listening to the radio, her debut single will be released on November 5.
Voting for the competition ends on November 12.
