Cheers to success of beer festival
THE annual Oktoberfest beer festival saw visitors raise a glass at the Parr Hall over the weekend.
Organised by the Rotary Club of Warrington, the event was in its 16th year and raised money for local and international charities.
A spokesman for Rotary said: “Oktoberfest 16 was a great success with three days of hard work but worth it.
“Local and international charities will benefit from the marvellous time we all had during the event.”
