Flood warning in place for lunchtime

THE Environment Agency has issued a flood warning for parts of Warrington today, Tuesday.
It is in place on Chester Road between Brian Bevan Island and Arpley Railway Bridge where high tide is expected around 1.45pm.
A spokesman said river levels may affect Arpley Road under the railway bridge.
