Litter picks planned for Westbrook and Chapelford
AUTUMN clean ups will be taking place in Westbrook and Chapelford this week.
Westbrook residents will be taking part in their last tidy of the year around Asda Westbrook on Saturday and removing litter thrown into the hedgerows by passing motorists and pedestrians.
Volunteers should meet David Parr at 10am and litter pickers and waste bags will be provided.
Housing group Frontis have also arranged a Chapelford clean up on Wednesday at 10am from 165 Houston Gardens finishing with free soup at Sainsbury’s and sporting activities on the park at 1pm.
