Donkey enjoys new brew Donkey enjoys new brew

THERE is a new brew in town and it looks like this donkey will have drinkers over a barrel for it.

Walton Hall Gardens is running its first beer festival on Friday and Saturday and to celebrate the event it is launching an ale named after the hall’s own resident donkey Bobo.

Bobo has already paid a trip to the bar at Walton Hall to sample the beer with a kick and you can too along with 30 different locally brewed beer.

There will be live music in the evening and hot food available along with a free bus running every 40 minutes from the town centre and Stockton Heath.

Tickets cost £3 for afternoon sessions from 12.30pm to 5pm and £5 for evening sessions from 7pm to midnight and can be bought from the Rangers Office and the hall.
