Event to mark 20th anniversary of IRA bombing in Warrington

PLANS are being out into place for a special commemorative event to mark the 20th anniversary of the town centre IRA bombing in March 2013.

The council and The Tim Parry Johnathan Ball Foundation are joining forces for the milestone and want to find the schoolchildren who contributed designs to the River of Life memorial in Bridge Street following the tragedy.
