New business funding praised by top Warrington Conservative

A NEW financial initiative for businesses in the borough has been praised by a leading Conservative.
Warrington North Conservative Parliamentary spokesman Paul Campbell welcomed the Inspiring Entrepreneurs fund which has been set up through the European Regional Development Fund and the European Investment Bank.
It offers debt and equity funding from £50,000 to £2million to small and medium sized enterprises based in or relocating to the region.
Mr Campbell said: “This funding can go a long way to ensuring that the north west and Warrington in particular stays ahead in promoting new and exciting business opportunities.
“What we need to do now is to make sure that the business people in our community are aware of the funding help they can get through initiatives such as these.”
