STAFF at Asda Westbrook managed to eggcel when they were set an Easter challenge in September.
The Centenary Theatre Company, based on Thewlis Street, Great Sankey, asked staff if they could unseasonably ship in Easter eggs for their 2013 performance of Calender Girls.
Once employees realised the group were not yolking they organised 27 chocolate eggs to be sent to the store for the group to use in photos for a promotional calender before the production next year.
Cathy Robinson, community life champion at the store, said: βIt was an unusual challenge for us and we had to ring round lots of suppliers before we found some at Cadburys.β
The theatre company said they were delighted staff could help them.
