Crowds enjoy Hatton Show

TASTEBUDS were tingling, floral scents filled the air and horse and rider were primed to take on the jumps.
Saturday saw crowds turn out for the Hatton Show which this year was bigger than ever thanks to funding from the National Lottery.
The popular community event held in Daresbury, was handed a £2,000 Awards For All Grant to help make the show more accessible to visitors – especially those with disabilities.
Exhibitors competed in a wide variety of competitions including cake and jam making and perfect blooms to showcase rural traditions while showjumpers also competed.
