OFSTED has said it will take no further action after a wrongly used logo was removed from a King’s Leadership Academy Warrington newsletter.

A complaint was made to Ofsted after a logo claiming the free school had been graded as ‘outstanding’ – the top possible grade – was published.

A school cannot be given such a grade until it have been subject to a section five inspection once open.

Following the removal of the logo, Ofsted has now announced it will not pursue the matter.
