Winwick store robbed
POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a Winwick shop was raided.
Four men stole cash and cigarettes from the Thorougoods store in Myddleton Lane at around 9.35pm on Friday, September 7.
They parked in Hornby Lane before entering the store and left carrying boxes.
A 50-year-old woman was injured during the incident but she did not require hospital treatment, police say.
Anyone with information can call police on 101.
