Wolves foundation hosts sport celebration

A DAY celebrating the best in Olympic and Paralympic sport took place last week.

The Warrington Wolves Charitable Foundation held its own inclusive sports festival at Victoria Park on Wednesday to raise awareness of the competition and to highlight the positive impact that sport can have on young people.

Around 20 young people attended the event and joined in a variety of Olympic themed activities.

The event was organised by inclusive sports coach Danny O’Brien, who delivers inclusive sports within special schools and mainstream schools across Warrington.
