TRANSPORT back to 1255 at Warrington Market on Saturday.
The medieval market and antiques fair will be held between 10am and 4pm and you can meet William Le Boteler - Lord of Warrington (aka Tony Whittaker) who was granted the first market charter in 1255.
Among the activities on offer will be medieval market stalls, portraits, food, hog roasts, crafts and health products, crossbow activities for children, donkey rides, a monk’s tavern, Punch and Judy, an antiques fair, mystical fairies and more.
