RESIDENTS are being urged to nominate their NHS heroes as part of a national campaign.
The recognition scheme will honour individuals and teams who go the extra mile to improve patients’ lives in hospitals, clinics and community care.
Doctors, nurses, dentists, midwives, health visitors, surgeons, radiographers or any other health professional can be nominated.
Nominate online at nhsheroes.com or by post to NHS Heroes, Freepost, NHS North West, 3 Piccadilly Place, Manchester, M1 3BN and include the the nominee’s name, place of work including base and postcode, reason for nomination and your name, contact number and e-mail address.
