The fire at Boots last weekend
BOSSES at Boots have opened a temporary store on the site of the fire ravaged shop at Gemini.
But there is still no timetable for when the damaged store will be rebuilt.
A spokesman said: "We are pleased to confirm that we now have a temporary Boots store on site at Warrington that allows our customers to shop all their everyday Boots essentials as well as dropping off or picking up prescriptions.
“We’d like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for their patience and also thank the other Boots stores in our local area who have all worked with us to ensure that our pharmacy customers received their medications as quickly as possible.”
It is open Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm, Saturday 9am to 8pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm.
The shop was heavily damaged in a fire last Saturday at around 8pm.
