Warrington Business Awards winners revealed
THE winners of the 2012 Warrington Business Awards have been revealed.
Better Bathrooms , based on Wilderspool Causeway, was the big winner of the night, taking home the coveted Warrington Borough Council Business of the Year award.
The company, which beat off tight competition from fellow finalists Integra People and Network Warrington to clinch the prestigious title, was also named the Golden Square Retailer of the Year.
Other winners on the night included the Backing The Bid Team for the Rugby League World Cup 2013, which collected the Liverpool Hope University-sponsored Judges' Outstanding Achievement Award, and Douglas Case, from Warrington Collegiate, who won the Network Warrington Apprentice of the Year award.
More than 200 people attended this year's business awards ceremony, brought to you by the Warrington Guardian and held at the Park Royal Hotel in Stretton. The event was hosted by Geoff Burch, star of BBC business television show All Over The Shop.
Warrington Charities Trust was again named as this year's beneficiary.
