Stone Roses pass on sympathy following death of Christopher Brahney

THE Stone Roses have passed on their sympathies after the body of missing man Christopher Brahney was found on Monday.

The 22-year-old went missing after a concert in Heaton Park last month and he was found in the Manchester Ship Canal in Salford after a nationwide search.

Lymm frontman Ian Brown and the rest of the band sent out a message on Twitter on Monday.

It said: “We'd like to extend our sincerest condolences to Christopher's family and friends. Our thoughts are with them at this incredibly sad time.”
