Indeed, so many people have registered to hold events that council bosses have rescheduled its event in the town centre to Saturday, June 9 so everyone can be involved.
As well as the dozens of street parties and barbecues, there are also some unusual celebrations taking place with wizardry events and body zorbing.
Clr Terry O’Neill, leader of the council, said: ”Warrington’s response to the jubilee has been tremendous and we are so proud that so many people are taking the time and effort to come together and celebrate this historic event.
“Neighbours, family, and friends will congregate and celebrate in style at what looks to be a spectacular day for Warrington.”
The total number of street parties in town is 81 - one of the highest figures in the north west.
The giant town centre extravaganza will take place the following Saturday, June 9 between 10am and 4pm with spitfires, a parade of giant queens and much more.

I think the Royal Ensign is the only flag to represent the monarchy, Although I am not 100% certain, However I shall fly the Union Jack as Britain celebrates this queens 60 years on the throne.
A subtle blend of lion rampant, lions passant and a harp

Poor organisation if you ask me it would have only took 5 mins to do a poster that you can see, warning people of the time the road is going to be closed!!!
Well good look for tomorrow !!!!!

There is a danger of some monarchists trying to monopolise being patriotic, - it is entirely possible to be patriotic and yet not support the monarchy.
I see the Union Flag as the flag of my country - it is not the sole preserve of monarchists, just as, despite it's misuse, the St George's Cross is not the sole preserve of certain right wing extremists. Neither symbol belongs to a limited political viewpoint.
Despite my republican views - here's hoping the sun shines on monarchists, republicans and the vast majority who don't care one way or the other
