Thirty two runners hit the roads for Bupa 10k

A TEAM of 32 runners hit the roads of Manchester to take park in the BUPA 10K run raising funds for Warrington Disability Partnership (WDP).

Huge crowds of supporters gathered and cheered at landmarks along the runners route on Sunday.

Runner Tommy Hammond, who completed the run in less than one hour said: “The atmosphere was electric and the weather was just perfect.

“The feeling of making it to the finishing line and knowing we were raising funds for such a good cause was amazing.”
