Good Samaritan helps charity effort

A GOOD Samaritan has helped a charity trek continue.

As reported by the Warrington Guardian on Friday, a bike ride from Paris to Blackpool was put in jeopardy after a bike being used by one of the men was stolen.

Rob Leonard and Ric Moss started the race attempt on Saturday to raise money for The Shannon Bradshaw Trust but on the day before, Ric’s bike was stolen after being chained up while he went into Warrington.

But Kelvin Cannon-Brown from Carrington park in Warrington got in touch and offered his bike to Ric for the week.

Patti Bradshaw, from the Great Sankey based charity, said she was delighted with the offer.

The mission is due to finish in Blackpool this Friday.
