Have your say on big care debate

THE ‘big care debate’ will be taking part in the town this month and everyone is invited to have their say.

The consultation is seeking views about how social care needs to change to help more people live independent lives in their own homes.

Joe Blott, executive director for neighbourhoods and communities, said: “This is about considering the best ways to use a smaller budget, which will allow us to continue to provide high levels of care and prioritise limited resources.”

Drop-in sessions take place on May 10 at The Pyramid from 2pm to 4pm and at 6pm to 8pm and on May 30 from 2pm to 4pm at Alford Hall, Manchester Road or visit warrington.gov.uk/ BigCareDebate.

The consultation ends on June 30.
