BALLOT papers are being handed out to people who chose to have a postal vote in the elections next month.
Voters should follow the instructions in the pack and return their completed forms as soon as possible.
They must be returned to the returning officer at the Town Hall or your ward polling station by 10pm next Thursday, May 3 – the day of the election.
