PLANS which could totally reshape Winwick Road and create more than 750 jobs will be considered by councillors tomorrow, Thursday.
Members of the council’s planning committee will sit at 6.30pm in the Town Hall to consider two applications.
The first is to knock down the former Fiat Warehouse, which is already partially demolished.
Developers want to replace it with a business park including employment sites and industrial units and more than 500 jobs.
It will need new road junctions on Winwick Road and Cromwell Avenue.
Meanwhile plans are also in place to redevelop the neighbouring Alban Retail Park.
Developers want to build five new retail units, open a new restaurant and create a new junction on Winwick Road and improve the current access off Hawleys Lane.
It is earmarked to create 260 jobs.
