Duchess of Cambridge meets Warrington youngster at Alder Hey

A WARRINGTON youngster greeted HRH The Duchess of Cambridge on her visit to Liverpool today, Tuesday.

Aimee Haswell, aged seven, presented Catherine, The Duchess of Cambridge, with flowers at Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool.

The royal newly wed met staff and patients during her tour of a number of charities in Liverpool.

Aimee, who was diagnosed with a rare heart condition hypoplastic left heart syndrome aged nine days old, has had three major operations to help her heart.

Should have brought catherine to Bridge street.She could have wiped her feet on the way out.....
But well done Aimee you should be proud"in liverpool".

OMG! this is my daughter aimee that has done such an exciting thing in her life! What an honour it was to meet the duchess we are all so so very proud of our little aimee a day we will never ever forget!!xx
