DISADVANTAGED youngsters will be given the opportunity to become youth leaders thanks to a new partnership between the Foundation for Peace and Warrington Wolves Foundation. They will be taught about conflict resolution, leadership, mediation, self-awareness and identity, as well as practical skills in arts, culture, sport leadership, health and education.
Clare White, Foundation for Peace chief executive, said: “By joining forces with the Wolves Foundation we can deliver a really interesting and appealing project for young people to sign up to and make their own.”
Neil Kelly, Warrington Wolves Foundation director, added: “By combining the expertise and strengths of the two charities we will make a real difference to the lives of a group of young people that will ultimately benefit the town of Warrington.”
