Woody gives update on shoulder injury

PAUL Wood has revealed in his latest blog that his shoulder is feeling better but he will not rush his recovery after an enforced change in his rehabilitation programme.
Wood has suffered setbacks in his recovery after dislocating his shoulder in March but gives an update on his progress.
The prop also reveals that watching Wolves' win over Huddersfield at Millennium Magic gave him a few grey hairs, with the blog available by clicking here .
