A PLANNING inspector has overturned a council decision blocking an office from being opened in Lymm.
Council planners had blocked the scheme to turn the garage, at 70, Burford Lane, into an office.
But the inspector ruled at an appeal that despite the development being in the green belt, which is protected under planning law, the changes would not be harmful.
