AMBITIOUS plans to develop Lymm Rugby Club have been given the backing of council planners.
Officials have decided to agree a scheme to create extra rugby pitches and hockey pitches at the site on Crouchley Lane.
The club is currently raising money through its Grassroots Appeal to pay for the work.
